Trivandrum: Mr. Rishi Raj Singh IPS said it is a good sign that the COVID-19 positivity rate is coming down all over the country. In Delhi, it has come down from 45% to as low as 16% and in Kerala from 39% to 25%. These are good signs. Both states did well by putting lockdowns. It is all because of Police day and night patrol work and protection work, continued checking efforts for Public people.
