<![CDATA[Bhopal: This is the real life story of Ms.Anita Prabha, who lives in Kotma in Anuppur district of Madhya Pradesh, who is full of grit and determination. In spite of all the ups and downs in her life, she is going to be the officer in the Indian Police Force today. She was born in 1992 to a government school teacher of Kotma in Anuppur district of Madhya Pradesh. In the 10th grade, she received 92 percent marks.She wanted to study further but due to the traditions, Anita was married off at the age of 17 just like her older sister. Her husband was 10 years older to her. She Lost Out On Many Opportunities But her economically weak in-laws allowed Anita to complete her graduation. It took her four years to complete the graduation, because she could not join the final year's examination, because her husband was seriously injured in an accident.Since she could not complete the graduation in three consecutive years, she lost the eligibility to take the post of the Probationary Bank Officer. In order to financially support her family, she enrolled into a quick beautician and started working in a parlour. She had trouble connecting with her husband who was much older than her and continued experiencing compatibility issues. Jobless, unhappy life and without family support, she took a test in the 2013 Forest Guard examination and successfully completed the 14-kilometer walk in just four hours and got a posting in Balaghat district in December 2013. Further determined, she set her goals high and once again took the examination for the sub-inspector post. Although she was working as a forest guard, she failed in the rigorous physical test required in this examination.She Had To undergo a surgery and later filed for divorce. She again attempted and passed the tough physical test and was selected for the Sub-Inspector post, despite undergoing a surgery to remove a tumour from her ovary two months ago. She then joined the Sub-Divisional District Reserve Police Line. She was sent to Sagar for training, after which she carried forward the process of divorce.During this training, the result of the Madhya Pradesh State Public Service Commission examination came in, which she had first taken.Ms.Anita, in her first attempt, stood on the 17th position in women and was selected for the post of DSP. Still she kept her goal higher. She started preparing for the MPPSC Exam for the higher post of deputy collector.She passed the examination in April 2016. Interviewed recently in March , Anita is awaiting her result. She is also waiting for her joining order for the post of DSP.She achieved all this in just 25 years of age.]]>
