Chhattisgarh: A woman in village Ghoyana Bahar went out at around 6.50 am to take water from a hand pump in Ghoyna Bahar Colony on 28.02.2020 in Komashan, District Mahasamund. Suddenly a female bear came and scratched the right hand of the woman after which the woman started screaming and the people came to see what the matter was.
At this time the ERV vehicle was going from its Point Suvarmal to another Point Komakhan.
Hearing that woman’s screaming, they reached the spot and managed to rescue the woman from the female bear.
The woman was seated in their vehicle and then admitted to CHC Bagbahara Hospital for treatment. The ERV Constable 962 Ms. Bhagirathi Sinha, Constable 735 Mr. Hemlal Dhruv and the driver Mr. Bhunesh Sahu contributed commendably in this action.
