Thoubal: On 16/06/2021 at around 4:45 pm, a team of CDO/Thoubal arrested one active cadre of PLA namely, S/S Lieutenant, Army No. 2866, Tekcham Sanathoi Singh alias Nono (37) S/o T.Tiken Singh of Shikhong Mamang Leikai from Horton Ingourok Khunou. The arrested person was handed over to Nongpok Sekmai Police Station for further investigation. In this regard, a case has been registered at Nongpol Sekmai Police Station.
