City Police Commissioner Mr. Kanti Rana Tata IPS was the chief guest at the closing ceremony of the six-week training classes conducted for intelligence personnel. Training classes for 45 days were conducted at Eluru DTC for intelligence personnel of all districts of Andhra Pradesh state. These training classes were imparted to all categories from Police Constable to R.S.I. Up to 45 people attended the training program from all districts. In this order, for the first time, 8 women personnel were trained in the bomb disposal team. After the training, a closing ceremony was held today at Vyas Complex, Bandar Road, NTR District.
City Police Commissioner Mr. Kanti Rana Tata IPS participated as the Chief Guest of this program and examined the IED samples prepared by the trained personnel and inquired about the details of the training classes conducted. Prizes were given to the best performing staff among them. On this occasion, City Police Commissioner Mr. Kanti Rana Tata IPS said… about the duties of gunman to the staff and how anti-social elements should be dealt with. How to perform during vehicle inspection, how to provide security at the VIP’s house, etc., and told to perform the duties vigilantly without laxity anywhere. In this program, City Police Commissioner Mr. Kanti Rana Tata IPS, OSD/IGP, ISW Mr. Shasidhar Reddy Rtd.IPS, CM Security Wing SP. Mr. C.H.Appalanaidu I.P.S.
