Indore: Indore Police has been directed by the Commissioner of Police, Indore Mr. Harinarayanchari Mishra for the detection of property related incidents, snatching and robbery related crimes happening in Indore Commissionerate. In line with these instructions, under the guidance of Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime) Mr. Rajesh Hingankar, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch) Mr. Nimish Aggarwal and Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Mr. Guru Prasad Parashar were directed to form a team of Crime Branch and take action.
In the same sequence, the team of Crime Branch Indore had received information from the informer that two persons were standing to sell mobiles at cheap prices. On information, the team laid siege to Faizan’s father Irfan resident of Bisti Mohalla Indore and Ayan’s father Dilshad resident of Chandan Nagar. On searching both of them, mobiles were found with them. On being questioned, he confessed to mobile snatching from police station aerodrome area, police station Malharganj and police station Annapurna area.
An offense has been registered against the accused and taken up for investigation.Similarly, in another action, a joint team of Crime Branch and Police Station Lasudia, acting on the information of the informer, caught a vicious two wheeler thief Amin father Yasin resident of Patnipura, MIG Indore. During interrogation, the accused admitted to stealing an Activa vehicle from near the Chemco factory in Lasudia area. By confiscating the stolen Activa vehicle from the police station Lasudia area by the accused, advance legal action is being taken against the accused by the police station Lasudia.
