Chennai: The Pondy Bazaar traffic police took swift action on receiving complaints from the pedestrians that the pedestrian plaza was being used as a parking space for two-wheelers and four-wheelers. The police went to the spot and locked down the parked vehicles in order to prevent the vehicle owners from taking the parked vehicles away without the consent of the police.
