New Delhi: As the Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah visited the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) headquarters on Friday, he reviewed the operational preparedness of the paramilitary force along with senior officials.
Post his visit to the CRPF Headquarters, the Union Home Minister posted some photographs of the visit on his Twitter handle and said that the country is proud of the “exemplary valor” of the CRPF Personnel.
The CRPF has a strength of more than 300,000 personnel and is designated as the lead force for internal security duties and anti-Maoist operations. Mr.Amith Shah said that the CRPF personnel have always lived up to their motto of ‘Sewa’ and ‘nishtha’ (service and dedication) by protecting our nation (while posted) at different terrains.
Mr. Shah said I salute the courage and bravery of CRPF personnel and their families.
