Panaji: Today, the Director General of Police (DGP) Goa, Mr. Jaspal Singh, IPS, actively engaged in an extensive Yoga Session organized by the Goa Police at the Officers Institute in Altinho. The session, held to commemorate International Yoga Day, featured a diverse range of yoga practices aimed at enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. A significant number of officers and other police personnel participated, reflecting their commitment to maintaining health and resilience in their demanding roles.
The event commenced with an introduction to the benefits of yoga, followed by a series of guided exercises led by experienced instructors.
