Assam: Today on World Children Day the concept of investing in our future means investing in our children. The Hon’ble Justice Mr.Ujjal Bhuyan and Mr. Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta IPS DGP, Assam Police, taking this auspicious day as an opportunity will be launching the Sishu Mitra Resource Centre at CID headquarters. This is a major step that is being taken to secure the rights of children.
On this auspicious day, the Assam Police said, to paraphrase the Great Nelson Mandela, there can be no better revelation of a society’s soul than the way it treats its children. On this World Children Day let’s Go Blue and pledge to protect the rights of our children.
