Malda: BSF jawans rescued cattle from the clutches of the smugglers & thwarted smuggling attempt in a joint operation with the police
Based on reliable information, the midnight of 25/26 March 2021, BSF troops of 44 Bn, Malda, in a joint operation with the Malda Police in Malda district of Bengal thwarted a major effort to smuggle cattle 04 with 130 head of cattle. Truck and 17 Indian cattle smugglers were arrested.
