Haldwani: Constable Mr. Dilip had been serving Vijay, a deranged youth residing in Ranikhet for the last 15 years, with selfless devotion. Even after being transferred to Nainital, he would come to Ranikhet and serve Vijay after taking leave. Now Mr. Dilip has taken Vijay to Ashadeep Sanstha, Haldwani for care with his efforts.
