Bengaluru : Two juveniles who escaped after nabbing a cab driver 32 times near Madiwala in the city have been found in Gujarat. The juveniles, who had come to the Bengaluru city for ransom from Uttar Pradesh, booked a cab and boarded a cab near Bommanahalli in the morning. While passing towards Madiwala the 2 minors threated cab driver for a ransom . The driver, who refused to pay, was stabbed about 32 times with knives. The police got the information that the 2 Minors after nabbing the drive were escaped wit Rs. 12000/- CASH .
The police then rushed to the spot and admitted the injured driver to the hospital. The police tracked down the accused during the interrogation and later found the mobile number booked by the Ola cabs after they boarded a train from Yeshwantpur. From there, the tracing the mobile tower and train location the police team tracked the accused and proceeded to Gujarat where they were arrested in the Dahej industrial area.
This operation was conducted under the leadership of South East Division DCP Mr. Srinath M Joshi IPS ,Under guidance by Madiwala Sub Division ACP Mr. Sudhir M Hegde , Led by Madiwala Police Inspector Mr. Paul Priya Kumar and team have been successful in cracking this case.
