Siliguri: On 31.8.2022 acting on specific intelligence, team of SOG, SPC with Pradhan Nagar Police Station conducted raid at Devidanga, Kolabari under Pradhanagar Police Station area and apprehended two accused persons namely Masum Sk (24) of Korari Chandpur, Kaliachak Police Station Malda District; Sudip Gupta(38) of Pradhan nagar near St Thomas School, Pradhan Nagar Police Station, Darjeeling District.
On search after observing the legal provisions of the NDPS Act, 272 grams of Brown Sugar was recovered and seized from their exclusive possession of the two accused persons.
A specific case under relevant section of NDPS Act has been started at Pradhanagar Police Station.
