Thrissur Rural: The cohabitation camp organized by Thrissur Rural District Police for the Student Police Cadets concluded with a grand ceremony at Kalparamp BVM School. The Closing Day of the camp was marked by the Passing out Parade, and the salute was graciously received by the esteemed District Police Chief, Dr. Navneet Sharma IPS. The event was attended by dignitaries including Additional SP Mr. Pradeep N. Wales, DSRB DYSP Mr. SY Suresh, and School Head Teacher Ms. Jensi.
Over the course of the 5-day camp, a comprehensive array of classes was conducted by experts, delving into crucial topics such as environment protection, cyber safety, cybercrime, and digital addiction. The cadets were exposed to valuable insights and practical knowledge, contributing to their holistic development as responsible individuals.
In addition to intellectual enrichment, the camp also incorporated Kalari, and yoga training, providing a unique blend of physical and mental well-being for the participating cadets. The emphasis on traditional practices like Kalari and yoga added a cultural and holistic dimension to the overall learning experience.
The impressive turnout of around 400 cadets from 41 schools highlighted the widespread participation and enthusiasm among the student community. The camp served as a platform for fostering camaraderie, instilling discipline, and nurturing leadership qualities among the young participants.
