Dindigul, Tamil Nadu: Acting on information received by Dindigul District Superintendent of Police (SP) Jayakumar, police officials—including Inspector Maniyan, Sub-Inspector Thirumalaisamy, and their team from the Kallimandayam Police Station—conducted surveillance in the Vagarai area near Kallimandayam. During this operation, they arrested 22-year-old Mohammad Sajid, a native of New Delhi who was working at a local mill. He was found to be selling cannabis-laced chocolates that he had procured from North India via courier. The police have seized 2.7 kilograms of these cannabis-laced chocolates and are currently conducting an investigation.
