Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, Sept 8: Thoothukudi District Superintendent of Police, Mr. Albert John, IPS, carried out the annual inspection at Kulathur Police Station on Monday.
During the inspection, the SP reviewed police personnel kits, verified documents, and examined important case files maintained at the station. He emphasized professionalism and directed officers to extend courteous behavior towards the public, ensuring every complainant is promptly provided with a reception slip upon filing a complaint.
The SP further guided the policemen on their responsibilities, underlining the importance of public-friendly policing and efficient service delivery. Vilathikulam Sub- divisional Deputy Superintendent of Police Mr. Asokan, along with police personnel of the station, took part in the inspection.
This initiative reflects the District Police’s commitment to accountability, transparency, and people-oriented policing in Thoothukudi.
