Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh: The “Abhyudaya Cycle Yatra,” initiated to eradicate drug abuse and spread awareness among youth in the Visakhapatnam Range, received an overwhelming response as it passed through Narsipatnam town and continued up to the Rolugunta Police Station limits. The rally drew participation from students, police personnel, public representatives, and local communities, turning it into a powerful social movement.
Grand Launch at Narsipatnam
The rally began at 10:00 AM at the Narsipatnam Abids Center with an open stage programme.

Family members of drug victims shared tragic real-life experiences:
The brother of Ravanapu Anand Kumar** lost his life due to drug addiction.
Nulu Prasanna Kumar’s son**, who became addicted, suffered severe mental health deterioration.
These heart-wrenching testimonies left the public visibly moved and strengthened the rally’s core message.
Officials administered an anti-drug pledge to the participants and explained the dangers of drug dependency.
The rally then moved through Chettipalli–Narsipatnam rural areas, drawing continuous support from locals.
Warm Reception at Rolugunta Police Station Limits
As the rally entered the jurisdiction of Kothakota Circle – Rolugunta Police Station, it received a grand welcome.
