A case under Section 363 506,354 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act) 7/8 has been registered in Chirgaon police station in Jhansi. According to the reports, the incident took place on July 12 when the victim was offered a lift by a friend on a motorcycle while on her way carrying food for her mother, who was working in a field. A group of men including minors stopped them while passing through a lonely area. The video showcased the boys dragging and molesting the victim while she was screaming for help. She is also be seen persuading the molesters not to film the incident. A similar incident was reported from Bihar’s Jehanabad Earlier in April where a minor girl was molested in broad daylight by eight unidentified youth.
