RAJKOT: On Saturday night, after the consumption of country made liquor, a man retarded the life of his friend following a drunken brawl. It happened at Pataravali Hotel locality in Surendranagar. On investigation police learnt that both Anil Makwana and Naresh Vaghela were a very close friends and lived a life of vagabonds sleeping on the courtyard of the temples. Both were labourers and alcoholics too. Therefore, on Saturday night, the duo had gone to the local hotel for drinks. The dispute began over the issue who would buy the meal. Then Vaghela slapped him and Makwana picked up a bat and started hitting Vaghela with it. The inspector, DM DHOl, with Surendranagar local crime branch have arrested the accused and registered a case against him of murder. ]]>
