Hoshangabad: On April 5, information was received in State Level Police Control Room Dial-100 Bhopal that a woman under police station Kotwali of district Hoshangabad is standing on the Bridge of Narmada River for the purpose of suicide. Dial-112/100 FRV vehicle of the district was dispatched for help. Dial-112/100 FRV staff reached the spot and explained the matter to the woman and brought her to the police station by the vehicle.
According to the information received, the woman was trying to jump from the bridge due to family reasons, which was rescued by Dial-112/100 staff and advised not to do so again.
