Imphal: On 17/08/2021, Cyber Crime Police Station(CCPS), Imphal, Manipur arrested one person namely, Mohd Sajid Khan (21) S/o Mohd Sakip Khan, Imphal East District in connection with a case FIR which relates to a complaint report at Cyber Crime Police Station(CCPS), Imphal, Manipur, wherein the complainant reported that one unknown Facebook account having profile name “Prince Ali” and profile URL “https://www.Facebook.com/profile.php?id 100063891186570” chatted with her daughter’s Facebook account through Facebook messenger. The unknown Facebook user sent dirty and vulgar words to her daughter’s Facebook account. He also threatened her daughter that he would upload her daughter’s morphed nude photos on Facebook if her daughter did not send her naked photos. The unknown Facebook account holder also threatened her daughter to give her mobile number if she did not want her morphed nude picture to be made viral on Social Media. 3
mobile phones along with 3 SIM cards were also seized from him. The arrested accused person is also wanted in 2(two) other FIR cases registered at Cyber Crime Police Station/CID(CB) for similar modus operandi crimes by creating fake Facebook accounts having profile names “Henthoi Apng” and “Sathiba Pakhng” to sexually harass different women.
