Hyderabad City, Telangana: In a heartwarming act of humanitarian service, the Kulsumpura Police extended timely care and support to a homeless mentally disabled man found in a distressed and disoriented condition during routine patrol duty on Puranapool 100 Feet Road.
Responding with empathy and professionalism, Police Constable Kiran Kumar and Head Constable Basheer immediately provided the man with food and made sincere efforts to trace his family members. Despite their best attempts, no information about his relatives could be obtained.
Following the directions of senior officers, the police safely shifted the man to the Alethi Autom World Orphanage in Abdullapur Met, where he will receive proper care, medical treatment, and rehabilitation in a secure environment.
Appreciating their exemplary service, the Kulsumpura SHO commended PC Kiran Kumar and HC Basheer for their prompt response and compassionate approach. The incident reflects the Hyderabad City Police’s unwavering commitment to people-centric policing, proving that the police not only enforce the law but also stand as protectors of humanity, dignity, and public welfare.
