Ranaghat: Under the leadership of Dr. K. Kannan, IPS, the Superintendent of Police of the Ranaghat Police District, the department made a commendable effort in retrieving 52 missing cell phones. These cell phones were lost by their owners, who had been looking for them for quite some time. The Ranaghat Police Department, through their diligence and expertise, were able to locate and recover these missing cell phones, and returned them to their rightful owners.
The recovered cell phones were handed over to the owners in a formal ceremony, which was attended by Dr. K. Kannan, IPS, along with other officials from the Ranaghat Police Department. The owners expressed their gratitude and appreciation towards the police department for their hard work and dedication in retrieving their lost belongings.
In addition to the Ranaghat Police Department, the NJP Police Station and Pradhannagar Police Station, which fall under the Siliguri Police Commissionerate, also took up the task of recovering lost cell phones. These two police stations successfully retrieved 46 lost handsets, and returned them to their respective owners.
Overall, the efforts of the Ranaghat Police Department, along with those of the NJP Police Station and Pradhannagar Police Station, are commendable and serve as an example of the dedication and commitment that the police force has towards the community they serve.
