Tamil Nadu, Thoothukudi: The monthly crime review meeting was held at the Thoothukudi District Police Office Conference Hall on 17.12.2024 under the leadership of Thoothukudi District Superintendent of Police Mr. Albert John, I.P.S. The meeting reviewed the investigation of all cases in the district, pending cases, taking strict action against those involved in smuggling and selling drugs like ganja and tobacco, freezing their properties and bank accounts, and the actions being taken against those disturbing public peace and the rowdies being monitored. The meeting was attended by Additional Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi Headquarters Mr. Arumugam, Additional Superintendent of Police, Crimes Against Women and Children, Thoothukudi Mr. Edison, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Thoothukudi City Sub-Division Dr. C. Madhan, I.P.S. and many police personnel including Deputy Superintendents of Police, and Police Inspectors.
