SEUNDERABAD: After a month of gruesome crime in which a 12 year old girl was killed, police finally confirmed that she was murdered and her body was packed in a plastic and thrown in the garbage. The teenage girl hailed from Medchal, under Secunderabad district. Cyberabad police on Monday said that a teenage was killed by her step-mother who often quarreled with her. The accused Nagamani of 30 was a married woman and had a son. But due to marital discord she left her husband and got married with the father of A. Jyothi. As the days passed by Jyothi realized that she and her brothers were not much cared anymore by her father. Therefore, she constantly asked her step-mother to leave the house. Also, Jyothi used to create lot of trouble between Nagamani and Subramanyam, her father by accusing him of having illegitimate relationship with his first wife’s sister said the official. In the last month, Nagamain and Jyothi had a furious argument during which she strangled Jyothi using a towel. Later, the accused wrapped her body in plastic bag and dumped her in the garbage. The victim’s identity came to the light by a local based on her dress. Now, the police has registered a case against the woman and said that the lawful action would be taken on her. ]]>
