Hyderabad City, Telangana: The Amberpet Police Station, in collaboration with KIMS Foundation, organized a Mega Free Medical Camp on April 29, 2026, at the Government Primary School, Tulasi Ram Nagar, Golnaka Lanka, Amberpet. The camp, which commenced at 09:30 AM, saw an overwhelming response as approximately 200 local residents attended to avail themselves of the healthcare services.
The medical camp was formally inaugurated by Smt. Rakshitha Krishna Murthy, IPS, DCP Secunderabad Zone, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Speaking on the occasion, the DCP emphasized the importance of health awareness and the police department’s commitment to community welfare.
A team of specialized doctors from KIMS Foundation provided consultations in General Medicine, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Physiotherapy. In addition to consultations, essential diagnostic tests such as Blood Glucose, Blood Pressure, and Hemoglobin were conducted on-site, and necessary medicines were distributed free of cost.
The event was attended by Sri J. Narsaiah, Addl. DCP; Sri G. Jagan, ACP OU Division; and Sri T. Kiran Kumar, Inspector of Police, Amberpet PS, along with the station staff.
