Rachakonda: An electrician was washed away at the Saroornagar tank while he was helping a motorist cross the stream. The name of the electrician is Naveen Kumar. The Commissioner of Police Rachakonda Mr. Mahesh M. Bhagwat IPS and DCP LBNagar Rachakonda Mr. Sunpreet Singh IPS supervised the operation to trace the Missing Person. The NDRF 9th Battalion of Hyderabad team lead by Inspector Mr. Yogesh Warma has done an extraordinary job along with the GHMC DRF team in tracing the body against odds. The CP Mr.Mahesh Bhagwat IPS have rewarded them.
