Guwahati: In Guwahati, an extensive operation by the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) team from Sonapur Police Station led to the successful recovery of a Pulsar motorcycle, bearing the registration number AS21 L 6310, which had been reported stolen. The diligent efforts of the police team resulted in the apprehension of Khairul Islam, a 19-year-old resident of Hosna Bazar in Mayong, who was identified as the prime suspect in the theft.
The recovery operation was meticulously planned and executed, demonstrating the EGPD’s commitment to curbing vehicle theft in the region. Upon arrest, Khairul Islam was taken into custody for further interrogation.
