The e-Governance policy of Tamil Nadu Government was released in the year 2017. As per this policy the e-Office suit is being rolled out in the DGP office and all the District Police Offices, City Police Offices and throughout the Police Department in a phased manner.
The TNeGA (Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency) is the nodal agency which is implementing this package for all the departments. The Tamil Nadu Government has been proactive in providing financial support for the provision of LAN, Broadband connectivity and for the purchase of computers.
We are hopeful of implementing this project throughout Tamil Nadu to enable better service delivery to the Citizens.
