Palakkad, Kerala: In a thoughtful initiative to safeguard the health of traffic police personnel working under extreme summer conditions, Ahalya Hospital and Palakkad District Police jointly launched a special project to distribute cooling glasses to officers of the Traffic Enforcement Unit.
The distribution program was inaugurated by Palakkad District Police Chief Mr. Ajith Kumar, IPS during a function held at the District Police Office.
The initiative aims to provide comfort and protection to traffic personnel who perform their duties on roads for long hours under intense heat and sunlight.
The project reflects the department’s commitment towards the welfare and well-being of police personnel.
