The accused, Mundasamy, had reportedly posted a photograph of a life-convict linked to a priest murder case, along with a sickle image and an audio clip considered provocative. Based on police surveillance, a case was registered and investigation led to his arrest on May 5, 2026. The swift action by police helped prevent potential law and order issues in the area.
