<![CDATA[On Monday morning, the Gurugram police booked four employees of a maintenance company of a condominium in Sector 50 for allegedly thrashing members of the residents’ welfare association (RWA). A 35-year-old resident was also injured in the conflict. The incident took place around 9.30am. Several men thrashed a group of RWA members, who were visiting the maintenance office to inquire about the handover of the society by the maintenance company to the RWA, which they have been demanding for the past two months, alleged Residents of The Hibiscus. A case against four persons — Sanjay Choudhary, Vikash, Vijay Pal and Hardev, all employees of the maintenance company — under sections 147 (rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (wrongful restraint) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of Indian Penal Code at the Sector 50 police station, was registered by the police . Police commissioner K K Rao said that no arrest had been made and the police were conducting a probe. According to residents, they had approached the district registrar of firm and societies in the first week of September after the handover was delayed.
