Bemetara: Bemetara is one of the districts of Chhattisgarh. An innocent person was raped by a truck driver during the night after which he escaped from the spot of the incident. When the incident came to the notice of the Bemetara Police they began the investigation into the incident and with the help of GPS data analysis, Bemetara Police has arrested the truck driver accused of raping the innocent victim. On the night of the incident, GPS data analysis was done to about 12 thousand trucks passing through the incident site which runs on Kawardha, Bemetra, Simga route. The accused truck driver has been identified along with the truck. The Bemetara police on identifying the accused with the truck got a big success as they arrested the accused.
DGP Mr. DM Awasthi IPS has praised the police team and made an announcement of the award of cash to the police team and the Superintendent of Police Bemetara Mr. Divyang Patel IPS for the early resolution of the case.
