Jalna: The Police Officers and officials of Jafrabad police station of Jalna District police force on coming to know that child marriage was going to be conducted, immediately went to the spot and effectively stopped the child marriage of a minor girl in Sakharpud. The Police also gave information about child marriage law and counseled the girl and her parents. This vigilance and efficiency of Jafrabad police are commendable.
