Katni: In the State Level Police Control Room Dial-100 Bhopal, on Saturday midnight, information was received that the caller’s car has been damaged near Bujbuja village under Barhi police station of district Katni. Along with him is his pregnant wife. On receipt of information, the Dial-100 FRV vehicle of the district was dispatched for immediate help. Dial-100 staff reached the spot and found that Sitaram Soni was going to Katni to meet his pregnant wife from Indwar when his car ran out of fuel in the Barhi police station area.
Fearing something untoward and not getting any help in the deserted area, he called Dial-100 and asked for help. Dial-100 Staff Constable Mr. Sunil Markam and pilot Mr. Pankaj opened the nearest petrol pump, provided fuel to the caller, and sent the family to their destination. All the members of the family expressed their gratitude to Dial-100 for the help provided by the Dial-100 staff.
