Prakasam: A mentally unstable 27 year old woman was raped by a person on 17th June 2017 in Pedda Ulla Gallu Village of Prakasham District, when her parents were at work in the fields. The accused was arrested immediately and charge sheeted. With the special focus of GOAP, effective prioritized trial of cases on Fast track to deliver Justice to an insane lady, the Hon’ble II Additional District Judge court delivered judgement and sentenced imprisonment of 10 years with a fine of Rs.3000 to the accused.
