Andhra Pradesh, Srikakulam: Srikakulam District Superintendent of Police (SP), Sri KV Maheshwara Reddy, IPS, has directed police officers to address public grievances through thorough investigations conducted within the framework of the law and adhering to quality standards. He emphasized resolving complaints fully and ensuring justice for the victims.
On Monday, during the public grievance registration and resolution program held at the district police office, SP Sri KV Maheshwara Reddy personally received 62 complaints from citizens. He interacted directly with the complainants, assured them of understanding their issues, and pledged to resolve them comprehensively. The details of the complaints were immediately communicated to the concerned police officers through a Zoom conference, with instructions to take appropriate legal action and ensure justice for the victims.
Highlighting the importance of promptly addressing public grievances, the SP advised officers to provide swift and effective solutions without neglect. During the program, SP Sri KV Maheshwara Reddy personally spoke to the complainants to understand their concerns. He instructed the officers to submit reports on the actions taken regarding these complaints to the district police office.
In a compassionate gesture, the SP personally approached disabled and elderly individuals unable to attend the program, listened to their problems, and assured them of a positive and timely resolution.
