Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka: A district-level review committee meeting on the implementation of the ‘Akkapade’ scheme was held today at the Chikkamagaluru District Police Office, under the chairmanship of Dr. Vikrama Amate, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Chikkamagaluru District.
During the meeting, the progress and effectiveness of the scheme were reviewed in detail, and necessary instructions were issued to ensure its effective implementation at the grassroots level. Emphasis was laid on strengthening coordination, monitoring outcomes, and enhancing outreach so that the objectives of the ‘Akkapade’ scheme are achieved efficiently.
The Superintendent of Police highlighted the importance of sustained efforts, timely review, and community participation in making the initiative successful. Senior police officers and members of the review committee were present at the meeting.
