Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: A high-level meeting was convened on May 27, 2026, under the leadership of CP Lucknow in view of the upcoming Eid al-Adha (Bakrid) festival to review security and law-and-order arrangements.
During the meeting, necessary directives and guidelines were issued to ensure peaceful celebrations, effective crowd management, and public safety during the festival period.
The meeting was attended by senior officers including LoJCP, DCP West-1, and other gazetted officers, who discussed coordination measures, vigilance, and deployment strategies for maintaining law and order across the city.
