During the search, police recovered and seized approximately 257 grams of suspected ganja, packed in plastic packets. In addition, six mobile handsets and cash amounting to ₹2,400 were recovered from the premises.

The seized items have been taken into police custody for further investigation. Authorities suspect that the recovered contraband was intended for illegal distribution in the area.

A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway to ascertain the source of the narcotic substance and identify any possible links to a wider drug trafficking network.

Police officials reiterated their commitment to continuing anti-narcotics operations and urged the public to share information regarding illegal drug activities to help curb the menace of substance abuse in the district.
