Kolar, Karnataka: As part of the department’s routine administrative and welfare initiatives, the weekly parade was held and inspected this morning at the District Armed Reserve (DAR) Parade Ground in KGF.
During the inspection, senior police officers reviewed the turnout, discipline, and overall preparedness of the officers and personnel participating in the parade. The inspection aimed to ensure high standards of professionalism, physical fitness, and operational readiness among the force.

Following the parade, the officers conducted an interaction with police personnel and patiently listened to their grievances and service-related concerns. The issues raised by the staff were noted for appropriate follow-up, reflecting the department’s commitment to the welfare and well-being of its personnel.
The inspecting officer also addressed the gathering and advised all officers and staff to discharge their duties with dedication, discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of public service. Emphasis was laid on maintaining professionalism, strengthening teamwork, and providing efficient policing to the public.
