Bidhannagar City, West Bengal: As part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, Narayanpur Police Station, in collaboration with the authorities of Derozio Memorial College, organised an awareness programme at the college’s Seminar Hall.
The programme focused on sensitising students about different types of drugs, the provisions of the NDPS Act, the harmful effects of substance abuse and preventive measures to combat drug-related activities.
Police officials encouraged students to make informed and responsible choices, remain vigilant against the dangers of substance abuse and actively contribute to creating a healthier and safer society.
The initiative highlights the commitment of Narayanpur Police to youth awareness, drug prevention and community participation in the fight against substance abuse.
