Chikkamagaluru: Dr. Vikrama Amate, IPS, Superintendent of Police, held a consultation meeting today in Bindiga village as part of the preparations for Shree Deviramman’s Dipotsava program scheduled from 12.11.2023 to 15.11.2023. During the meeting, the Superintendent of Police instructed officials from various departments, temple management, and villagers to ensure all necessary arrangements are made.
This includes deploying volunteers, confirming parking arrangements and medical unit management with the Health Department, and organizing the distribution of prasadam. The goal is to ensure a smooth and problem-free experience for the devotees attending the Dipotsava program. The meeting was attended by various officials, including the Additional Superintendent of Police, Tehsildar of Chikmagalur Taluk, D.Y.S.P. of Chikkamagaluru Subdivision, P.I. of Chikmagalur Rural Police Station, PDO of Mallenahalli, Temple Committee Chairman, Management Committee members, and Bindiga villagers.
