In this meet Ramanathapuram district Dog squad, Romeo, (5 ¾ years old Labrador) along with Instructor Head Constable Tr.Thillaimuthu, won the gold medal and Sivagangai district Dog squad, Laikaa, (6 years old Dobermann) along with Instructor Head constable Tr.Veeramani, won the bronze medal in the Obedience test, refusal of food, hurdles, scent find, scent discrimination and tracking event. Ramanathapuram range Deputy Inspector General of Police Tmt.Kaamini, IPS, and Superintendent of Police Tr.Omprakash Meean, IPS, appreciated Romeo and Laikaa respectively at District Police Office and Range office.
