Kolkata: Bhagwan Mali is a very talented musician. A few weeks ago a video of him playing his violin in the city streets, had gone viral on Social Media.
Last week, he was felicitated by our Community Policing Wing in collaboration with the Rakshak Foundation, at the Academy of Fine Arts. Financial assistance was also provided to this impoverished artist.
Today, Commissioner of Police, Kolkata Mr. Soumen Mitra IPS, met him and gifted him a new violin.
