Tripura: The Tripura Police has announced Job notification to hire candidates who completed 12TH for the position of Mahila Police Volunteer. Interested and eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed format on or before 29/02/2020. Candidates are advised to go through the official notification and eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the respective posts.
The qualifications required to apply for the post of Mahila Police Volunteer is given below. The name of the post is the Mahila Police Volunteer. The Salary for the post is Rs. 1,000/- per month.
The Eligibility to apply for the post is as follows. The Mahila Police Volunteer (MPV) should be a female and one MPV will be selected from each Gram Panchayet/ Ward. The incumbent must possess at least a 12th pass certificate. She should be from the same geographical area and conversant with the local dialect. She must not have been convicted of imprisonment for the violation of any criminal law. No Criminal Proceedings must have been instituted against her. She should not be a member of any political party. The selected candidate will have to submit a self-declaration that she has no criminal proceeding against her and she is not affiliated to any political party.
The age of the Mahila Police Volunteer should not be less than 21 years.

In continuation of an earlier notice circulated vide no. 279-321/ F .8- 4(MPV)/SC/SP(W)/2020, dated 08.01.2020, it is to inform that the period for submission of applications for engagement to the post of Mahila Police Volunteer (MPVs) under West Tripura District is hereby extended to 29.02.2020. Applications are to be submitted to the undersigned by 29.02.2020 in the prescribed format.
