<![CDATA[The Visakhapatnam Rural police on Wednesday organised an ‘Open House’ for students of Minerva schools from China Mushidivada, Simhachalam and Gopalapatnam and BVK School, Visalakshinagar. The Superintendent of Police Mr. Rahul Dev Sharma himself demonstrated the use of arms to the students. Subjects such as Detection and defusing of bombs, the locked house monitoring system (LHMS) and continual watch through drone during VIP visits was also demonstrated. The working of CLUES for investigation of crime was explained to the students. The SP said to the students how the drone cameras were quite useful in destroying ganja crop in the Agency area of the district. Explaining the importance of safety, Mr. Sharma told the children to make their parents wear helmets and seat-belt. Additional Superintendent of Police Mr. G. Srikant, DSPs Mr. N.S.S.
