Cyberabad, Telangana: Chandanagar Police successfully rescued a 1-month-old baby girl who was kidnapped from near Lingampally Railway Station and arrested five accused, dismantling an interstate child trafficking and kidnapping racket before the child could be taken out of Hyderabad.
The operation was carried out under the leadership of CH. Y. Srinivas, ACP RC Puram Division, Serilingampally Zone, with investigation teams led by Sri S. Vijay, Inspector Chandanagar, Sathyanarayana, DI Ameenpur, and N. Bhaskar, DI Chandanagar. Through meticulous CCTV analysis, coordinated fieldwork, and sustained efforts over three days, the teams successfully rescued the infant and reunited her with her biological mother.
The dedicated efforts of the investigating teams were appreciated by Dr. M. Ramesh, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad.
