Built on a 15,000 sq. ft. area at an estimated cost of ₹5 crore, the G+1 facility can accommodate 150–200 children (ages 0–5 years). The project, undertaken by Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited (MEIL) as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), reflects a strong commitment to the welfare of police families.
The modern facility includes a dedicated kitchen for nutritious meals, indoor and outdoor play areas, swings, feeding rooms, medical facilities, a dormitory for pregnant women, and 24×7 CCTV surveillance, ensuring safety and holistic care. Trained professionals will manage the center, providing peace of mind to women police personnel and staff while they perform their duties.
Speaking on the occasion, CP C.V. Anand expressed heartfelt gratitude to MEIL, describing the project as one of the most significant welfare initiatives in his 34 years of service. Representatives of MEIL, including Dr. Ravi Reddy, Smt. Pamireddy Manjula Reddy, and Smt.
